That's right, y'all.
I only have 14 weeks left in this pregnancy! That means we will be meeting this little guy SOON! Major eek!
This means, of course, that I will be taking maternity leave sometime early October through the end of the year (if not a few weeks longer). In preparation for this, I have temporarily removed some of my training packages that require weekly check-in's and updated workout plans from the site. But don't worry--my 30+ page Nutrition Guide and two online training programs are still available for purchase! I will also be adding one or two more to this before I officially go on leave (a home-based program and one for my fellow preggos!), so stay tuned for those!
