12-Week Lean Machine Training Program
This program is geared towards helping you burn fat and build lean muscle, which will in turn help you burn even more fat.
With this program, you will receive:
-12 weeks of unique workouts, personally designed by Jayme
-Exercise descriptions (pictures) for every exercise
-General nutritional information/resources to help you tailor your diet to your personal goals
Who Should Use This Trainer: Those of you who are looking to gain strength, build lean muscle, and lose fat.
Equipment Needed: This program utilizes gym equipment, but a gym membership is not mandatory. The workouts can be modified to be done at home if you have access to varying weights of dumbbells/kettlebells and/or resistance bands/tubes. You will also be required to do some cardio, which means you need access to a piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, etc.) OR be able to go outside and jog/run.
Dedication: As with all of my programs, this trainer is divided into four workouts per week. You can expect to spend an hour (including cardio) working out on these days.
